How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
We are a classic 1960's road-side motel renovated for today. We have 13 rooms including a Two-Bedroom suite.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Totally by chance. We were looking for a house and had three houses fall through. We kept driving by the motel as we were searching and after the third house didn't work out, we decided to take a look at the motel. The rest is history.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the "Budget-Friendly Motel In Woodstock" VT. But we do not feel cheap. We've renovated the motel to include modern amenities and give people more than they expect. Plus we focus on clean, the most important thing a lodging property can do. Oh, and we have very comfortable beds. Our reviews reflect this—clean and comfortable.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
This is our only location and we have no plans to acquire more.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cash with a credit card on file.
Which areas do you service?
Woodstock and all surrounding communities.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My wife and I own and run the motel.
What are your hours of operation?
8am-9pm, if you let us know you will arrive late we can accommodate that too.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We love to hear from our guests and in their reviews that we are better than most of the chain hotels and have super clean comfortable rooms with great beds.
