What is your primary product or service?
Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Direct Digital Controls, Sheetmeatal Fabrication, Mechanical Plumbing.
Service and repairs, Replacements and upgrades, and new Design Build Installations.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
28 years ago I entered the business as an apprentice service/installation.
In 1995 I started Climate Systems Inc. after serving as a Service Manager then as a Vice President at a local HVAC/R company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Climate Systems uses the inverted pyramid theory. We hire qualified technicians and enpower them to serve our customer's needs. Employee honesty towards our customers and the company, plus excellent technical knowledge and excellent office support is what makes us different.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location and no we do not plan to expand. Staying at the size we are maintains good control in serving our customers. Bigger does not mean better.

We are Williston Vermont, off industial Avenue, on Avenue C., on the left side of the street.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks,credit cards, and cash of course.
Which areas do you service?
Vermont and bordering states. Maximum 2 hrs drive from our base in Williston. Anything longer is not beneficial to our customers nor good for our technicians.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Leonidas X Ioannou owner and coach.
Daily operations is run by a team, that includes Missy Crocker, David Rice, Bruce Kilbury and Steve Demingware.
What are your hours of operation?
Officially is 7 am to 4:30 PM but we have 24/7 emergency coverage with an on call technician dispatched by a live answering service, Contact Communications.
